Implement work-integrated learning
We promote the implementation of work-integrated learning (WIL) for all digital graduates within our ecosystem. WIL is our preferred educational approach, combining academic learning with practical, hands-on experience in a professional work environment. This method allows graduates to apply the digital skills they’ve acquired in real-world settings, enhancing their understanding and competence in their field.
WIL requires recent or soon-to-be graduates to work within an organisation, providing them with an opportunity to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. It also offers exposure to workplace culture, industry practices, and the specific demands of their chosen profession, ensuring a higher level of success when entering the workforce.
